Sakura Voting Day – April 28

Secondary students will vote on their favorite Sakura book.  A student needs to read three books to have one vote.

 

Big Book Buzz – April 30, MPR, 9a.m.-10a.m.

Elementary students will vote for their favorite book poster and put in their requests for new books in the library next year.

Baker Books

This week all students PreK to Grade 9 will receive a set of Baker Books catalogs. This is your chance to order high-quality books from England.  Also, your orders help the library to add new books to its collection. Orders are due Monday, February 9.  Please take a few minutes to look over the catalogs.

The Alex Award

Take a look at the Alex Award display when you are in the library.  This award is for adult fiction that has special appeal to teenagers.

Sakura Award Program

Junior High and Senior High students can read Sakura books. In the spring, they can vote for their favorite book. If they read three books, they get one vote.
