Hello my lovely helpers,
just a wee reminder guys and girls we have the Elementary sports Day coming up on Friday the 5th of June. This will be a fun day of activity and you will be involved in assisting throughout the day. It will be fun and a great opportunity for you to promote being active and be positive role models for younger HIS students.
I will make a list of jobs that you can sign up for, choose the ones you will be good at!
Will keep you posted! Thank you in advance Grade 8, 9 and 10 !

Hi Physedders,
PE at HIS is launching into present with this new blog, make sure you are familiar with your own category, your classes category will have relevant information for you!
We get exercise, learn skills and have fun together in PE class but I want to know what you do for leisure/exercise outside of class. I’m sure other students would be interested too. It is always good to get new ideas of how we can enjoy being active and fit in and around Sapporo. Let your class know if you did a cool activity in the weekend e.g. climbing at the new NAC climbing centre in Shiroishi, you starting skateboarding, you rafted in Niseko, … the list is goes on with so many great opportunities here in Hokkaido!
Remember summer break is coming up so its great to have ideas of what to do when you feel like you have nothing to do. There is an abundance of opportunity out there.
Congratulations for reading the first blog, I hope you can contribute further.
